Lotte Town Christmas Market, Jamsil: Tickets, Show Times and Tips for Seoul’s Biggest Christmas Market
📍 Seoul / Jamsil · Jamsil Stn. (Lines 2 & 8)
Every year I wait for the Christmas market at Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, and this time it was bigger than ever. Heart-covered tree, two-story carousel, fake snow under the lights — it felt like a little European winter village in Seoul.
Please note: this post covers the 2025–26 market, which ran from 20 November 2025 to 4 January 2026. The market comes back most winters, but dates, ticket prices and show times change every year, so check the official booking page before you go.

Getting there
This is one of the easiest Christmas spots in Seoul to reach. Get off at Jamsil Station and just follow the connecting passage toward Lotte World Mall. The market sits on the lawn plaza called World Park, right next to Lotte World Tower.

If you really must drive, the Lotte Tower parking lot was the cheapest option: ₩3,000 for the first hour, then ₩500 per 10 minutes, up to ₩45,000. But in the holiday season it is packed, so I would leave the car at home.
Tickets explained
Here is the simple version for 2025–26:
- Day — free, entry 11:30–16:00. Easy and relaxed.
- Night — ₩5,000, 16:00–22:00. Comes with a Fujifilm photo print voucher.
- Early ticket (Naver pre-booking) — ₩5,000, plus one free cup of hot vin chaud (mulled wine). Only when you book ahead on Naver.
- On-site ticket — ₩5,000 for night entry, but no free mulled wine.
- Fast Pass — ₩10,000. Skip the line and get a free mulled wine.
- Private Lounge — a premium room for 70 minutes, up to 4 people. ₩160,000 for sessions 1–3 (entry 11:30–14:30) or ₩200,000 for sessions 4–7 (entry 16:00–20:30). Includes champagne, a whole cake, four ₩5,000 coupons and four mulled wines.
Booking is through the market’s page on Naver Map, which is in Korean. Weekend and evening slots sell out fast. We actually booked the wrong date, so we bought on-site tickets and just paid for our mulled wine.

The line on a Friday at 5 p.m. in early December.
About the photo print voucher
Your night ticket includes a free Fujifilm print, but you do not use it inside the market. You use it at the self-service photo printers inside Lotte World Mall. The sign at the market said the machines were on B1 of Lotte World Mall and on the 5th floor of Lotte Cinema World Tower.

Show times
These were the 2025–26 show times — plan your visit around them:
- 💗 Heart light show: 17:30 / 19:00 / 20:00
- ❄️ White snow (artificial snow): 13:00 / 15:00 / 17:30 / 19:00 / 20:30
The moment the snow starts drifting down around the tree is the prettiest part.

Inside the market
The market was about 2,640㎡ this year, said to be the largest ever, with more than 50 booths: gift shops, food stalls and hands-on activities. The giant 13 m tree is a photo spot from every angle — charge your phone!

The double-decker carousel is the star of the market, and it is free to ride. The line gets really long, though, so head there first and check the wait as soon as you enter.

For snacks, there were strawberry desserts, German-style treats like pretzels, and a cute Ghana Chocolate House with chocolate door handles. Patio heaters help a lot.

My route and tips
I went with a night ticket and arrived around 5 p.m., so I saw the sunset and then the lights coming on. My route:
- Enter → check the carousel line → photo at the giant heart → pick up mulled wine → eat → catch a snow or light show
- Come at dusk. Night photos are so much prettier, and the shows are in the evening.
- Dress warmly and bring hand warmers. It gets windy after dark.
- Visiting solo? Ask the staff in white padded jackets — they take great photos.
Zoapik’s verdict
– Feels like a European Christmas village, right in Seoul – Free day entry, and night tickets were only ₩5,000 – Free double-decker carousel and a 13 m heart tree – Snow and heart light shows are perfect for photos – Lots of food, gift and activity booths – Directly connected to Jamsil Station – Heads-up: this is a seasonal event — the dates, prices and show times above are from 2025–26 and change every year
I will probably go back once more before the year ends. If you are in Seoul in December, it is the easiest way to feel the holiday mood.
